Ordering Questions
- How do I place an order?
Click on our Shop page and select the item(s) and quantity you would like to purchase. Once you have made your selection(s), you can start the checkout process by selecting "checkout" at the bottom of the Shop page.
- Can I place an international order?
Yes, we ship worldwide.
- Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. See the return policy section for more details.
Payment Questions
- How can I pay for my Custom 52 merchandise?
We only accept PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account to make a purchase using PayPal. Through PayPal, you may use a credit card and other methods of payment.
- How much will shipping cost?
The shipping cost depends on what you are purchasing, and where it's being shipped to. Please reference the chart below for shipping costs:

- Will I be charged sales tax on my order?
We do not charge any sales tax to your order.
- Is it safe to shop on custom52.com?
Yes, Custom 52 is proud to offer our customers a fully secure shopping environment through PayPal. Buyers enter credit card information on secure PayPal pages and immediately return to custom52.com.
Shipping & Delivery Questions
- What shipping methods are available?
We use standard postal delivery. This means longer delivery times, but less shipping cost and we are able to deliver to ANY address (including PO boxes).
- How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Your order will be shipped within 48 hours following the day you placed your order. If you place your order on a Friday or on the weekend, your order will not be processed until the following business day. Depending on your location, the shipment may take 2-4 weeks to arrive.
Please contact orders@custom52.com if you need accelerated shipping (for an additional fee).
Note: Poster(s) are shipped separately in tube packaging and may arrive on a different date than your other items.
- Can you ship to APO/FPO addresses or a PO Box?
Yes, we can ship to any address.
- Can you mark this as a gift for Customs for me?
No, we fully disclose the nature of the purchase and the contents. We do mark the value low to help with any applicable customs charges. All customs, brokerage, and importing fees (where applicable) are your responsibility.
Return policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your UNWORN t-shirt purchase, return your unworn t-shirt for exchange or refund within 60 days of purchase to the address below. To request a size exchange, please include in the return package a note detailing which size you'd like to receive in return.

NOTE: Shipping charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for return shipping charges. You will not be charged a second shipping charge for a t-shirt size exchange.
Returns can only be processed online and refunds will be credited directly to your PayPal account.
Please note: Other Custom52.com items such as decks of cards or posters will not be refunded or exchanged unless there is a manufacturer’s defect. Please contact orders@custom52.com if there is a problem with your merchandise. |
